Update to the Cell Phone
Tuesday, 27 November 2007 21:01So I picked up Elias from work and went right to Verizon to deal with the phone issue. I was lucky when I asked to talk to a manger I got the night manager on duty tonight. I told her of the first replacement phone an the screen that didn't light up when the phone rang. Now with the second replacement phone the speaker didn't want to work nor did it ring when you called it or someone calling you. That sucked, having someone get on you because you weren't answer his calls, when you didn't even know he was calling.
After she messed with the phone and some terse words from me she got Elias a different model of phone after the last two 'new' ones where shit. She even gave a new phone case and car charger as well because we had all the old ones with us. So at lest this didn't cost anything, thank god. And when they want to move your phone book for you an take forever because they are too busy doing things for the other 'monkey's' in the store, just ask for the phone and use the Verizon backup site yourself. Saves time and waiting on the slowpokes, I had to ask for the phone back she didn't even have it hooked up the machine like she was saying she was doing. Seeing as I do my phone and everything for Elias just save me from standing around, I don't do that well when I've got other things to be doing.
Anyways, got a new phone so far so go and got the other two phone's mailed back via FedEx back to the main Verizon hub to deal with them. I feel for the others who might have to get the refurbished phones. It's you have that option but when they don't work it sucks and is frustrating on the user/owner end. So. . .finish doing my thing and off to bed as I'm still feeling like crap.
